We’re now looking for a bright, organised Property Manager’s Assistant to support our busy team and help keep our property portfolios running smoothly.

The Role

This role is perfect for someone looking to step into the real estate industry or grow their skills in property management. You’ll work alongside experienced Property Managers to ensure every detail is handled efficiently and every client feels cared for.

Key responsibilities include:

Assisting with leasing — scheduling viewings, processing applications, preparing leases.

Helping coordinate maintenance requests and contractor access.

Updating and maintaining records in PropertyMe.

Assisting with inspections, compliance checks, and documentation.

Supporting the team with day-to-day administration and communication.

Providing friendly, professional service to tenants and landlords.

About You

Strong organisation and time management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Confident using Microsoft Office or property software

Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn

NT driver’s licence

Must be eligible and willing to obtain a NT Agent’s Representative Certificate
