Are you a Dental Assistant ready for a fresh start outside the traditional dental clinic?
Boujee Smile is seeking a confident and caring Dental Assistant to join our brand-new Ardross studio full-time.

You’ll use your dental knowledge in a calm, client-focused setting — performing cosmetic teeth whitening treatments and managing daily studio operations. This is a perfect role for someone who enjoys autonomy and wants to take ownership of their space without the pressures of a clinical environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Performing cosmetic teeth whitening services with exceptional client care

Managing front-of-house — greeting clients, processing payments, handling bookings and calls

Following up with clients to ensure a seamless experience

Maintaining high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation

Overseeing studio operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience as a Dental Assistant (1–5 years ideal)

Someone ready for a change from the dental clinic routine

Confident working independently and taking initiative

Warm, professional communicator with great attention to detail

Reliable, punctual, and well-organised

Comfortable using POS and scheduling software

A genuine passion for client care and helping people feel confident about their smile
