Our safety, wellbeing, quality, and compliance framework is evolving, and we’re looking for someone who can help us take it to the next level. This isn’t a “tick and flick” role - it’s about meaningful change, practical solutions, and creating a culture where safety and quality are part of how we work every day.

This is a new role, and while we already have policies and systems in place, there’s plenty of work to do to get them properly set up, embedded, and delivering real value. You’ll focus on understanding our risks, working collaboratively to mitigate them, and finding practical, workable solutions to hazards - without adding unnecessary red tape.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading initiatives that improve safety, wellbeing, and compliance across the business.

• Managing and improving our HSEQ systems, ensuring they meet relevant legislation, standards, and business needs.

• Managing wellbeing programs, workers compensation, and return-to-work processes in alignment with our fitness for work policies.

• Identifying risks and developing practical, workable solutions.

• Working with teams to manage hazards without creating unnecessary barriers.

• Helping embed safety and quality practices into everyday operations.

What we’re looking for

• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build trust across all levels.

• An interest in improving systems and processes - not just maintaining the status quo.

• A background in HSEQ, compliance, or a related field (or a willingness to learn).
