About Us

Health 2 You was established to provide people with high-quality healthcare where they most need it, in their home and local community.

Our team of highly skilled OTs, Physiotherapists, and Speech Pathologists work across metropolitan Melbourne with clients of all ages. This role is focused on supporting paediatric clients from our South Morang clinic, with some supplementary community visits (home, school, childcare, day centre) in the local area.

What You Will Do

Provide Paediatric Occupational Therapy assessment and intervention to support children and families achieve their goals.

Regularly evaluate progress and outcomes, using relevant measures, and provide reports as required.

Deliver parent-only coaching and education programs.

Work both independently and collaboratively as part of a supportive team.

Participate in regular supervision, meetings, and case conferences.

Leadership pathways (clinical and operational)

About You

Passionate about enhancing the skills and independence of children with disability.

Strong assessment and evidence-based intervention skills.

Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (or equivalent) + full AHPRA registration.

Current driver’s licence + reliable, insured vehicle.

Police check & WWCC.

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Flexible, approachable, and open-minded problem-solver.

Experience in the NDIS/disability sector is highly regarded.
