About the Role

This role bridges project management, design coordination, and development input. Acting as the client-side liaison, you’ll help shape design concepts, manage feasibility and approvals, and guide projects right through to the D&C contract stage — before handing over to delivery.

What You’ll Do

Lead early contractor involvement (ECI) and concept development with clients

Manage front-end design, budget alignment, and value-engineering

Liaise with developers, architects, and consultants through DA and approvals

Oversee feasibility, risk, and project setup documentation

Collaborate closely with internal design and operations teams for smooth handover

About You

Background in project management and design management (Tier 2/3 builder ideal)

Strong experience in early-stage project setup and client engagement

Confident managing budgets, consultants, and authority approvals

Excellent communicator who thrives on problem-solving and collaboration

Suited to someone who enjoys front-end strategy over site delivery
