Sugar Australia, in partnerships with Davidson are seeking an Operations Manager to lead their Northern region operations. This is a high-profile role where you'll drive safety, quality, efficiency, and people performance across multiple production and engineering teams, with the autonomy to make real, lasting changes.

What You'll Do

• Lead multi-site teams to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality operations.
• Optimise production systems, supply chain, and operational processes while identifying areas for improvement.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance yield and efficiency.
• Build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders across sites and the leadership team.
• Develop long-term strategic and capital plans aligned with business goals.
• Foster a performance-driven culture through coaching, development, and effective communication.
• Be empowered to make decisions, implement fresh ideas, and make a tangible impact.

What We're Looking For

• Technical or Engineering qualifications with extensive experience in process or manufacturing operations, preferably food.
• Large or multi-site leadership experience with team development and financial acumen.
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
