About the Role
We’re seeking an organised and enthusiastic Administrative Support Officer to join our team.
In this role, you’ll provide vital administrative and coordination support to deliver immunisation programs, including COVID-19, across Western Queensland. This role is ideally based within Western Queensland (e.g., Longreach, Mount Isa, Winton, Roma), but candidates from within Queensland are welcome to apply. Flexible arrangements, including hybrid work will be considered.
This is a full-time contract role until 30 June 2026, with the possibility of extension.

Maintain accurate records, data, and reports to support program tracking and quality improvement.
Support activities to increase immunisation uptake in aged care and other priority populations.
Contribute to communication, planning, and documentation to keep initiatives on track.

You’ll shine in this role if you:
Have experience in administration or project support roles.
Are organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple priorities.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Enjoy being part of a friendly, purpose-driven team.
Are comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.
Have an interest in health or community wellbeing (experience in health administration is a bonus but not essential).
