About the role

This role works on, and where required leads, the construction, maintenance, and repair of roads, civil infrastructure, and open spaces. It requires safe plant operation, adherence to OH&S, and effective team supervision to deliver high-quality works.

Permanent Full-time position

Annual Salary $69,251 - $72,702 / $35.04 - $36.79 per hour

9-day fortnight

Key responsibilities include:

Supervise and participate in civil works, repairs, and maintenance activities.

Operate and maintain plant, equipment, and vehicles safely and efficiently.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and work quality requirements.

About you

We're seeking a skilled and safety-conscious team player with strong communication skills and the ability to lead when required. You will hold relevant civil construction qualifications, multiple plant and equipment licences, and possess practical experience across road and infrastructure works.

Positive communicator who works well in a team and can provide guidance.

Experience operating major & minor plant as well as medium & heavy rigid trucks safley and competetntly.

Cert III in Civil Construction (or equivalent skills) with extensive plant/equipment licences.

Practical expertise in civil works, traffic control, first aid, and safe work practices.
