Our in-house Tasty Fresh Bakery in Ferntree Gully makes the pies, sausage rolls, cakes and slices that feed workplaces across Victoria every day. We’re looking for experienced bakery staff or keen food lovers who want consistent weekday work and a great team environment.

💰 What’s on Offer

• $33.19/hr casual rate (21+)
• Monday–Friday shifts, 7am–3pm – enjoy your evenings and weekends
• 4–8 hour shifts, 3–5 days per week

🥧 What You’ll Do

• Make and assemble pies, sausage rolls and sweet pastries
• Use pastry sheeting machines (experience highly regarded)
• Weigh and prepare ingredients
• Load and unload ovens, rotate stock, and keep the bakery spotless
• Assist with deliveries, ordering and general production tasks
• Forklift licence a bonus

👨‍🍳 About You

• Passionate about food and take pride in your work
• Reliable, punctual and physically capable (lifting up to 25kg)
• Thrive in a fast-paced kitchen or bakery
• Enjoy working independently and as part of a supportive team
• Have Australian work rights
• Experience in baking, pastry or food manufacturing preferred — full training provided
