Moonlit Sanctuary Wildlife Conservation Park, renowned for its commitment to conservation and exceptional wildlife experiences, is seeking an experienced Assistant Food Services Supervisor in our busy Wetlands Café.

The Assistant Food Services Supervisor works with the wider team to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Wetlands Café kitchen, including food preparation and presentation, general cleaning and hygiene, goods and product receiving and packing, ensuring proper waste disposal and recycling procedures are followed.

What we’re looking for

Qualifications in Hospitality, Kitchen Management, Commercial Cookery, or other related discipline. Food Services Supervisor certification would be a bonus!

Previous experience in a busy cafe, kitchen or food service role, or even catering.

Familiarity with kitchen equipment and kitchen operations.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety and presentation.

Someone who can take direction but also show their initiative and lead.

Excellent communication both within the team and with customers.

Someone who can prioritise tasks and manage their time effectively.
