An Australian owned pharmaceutical manufacturing company is currently seeking an Infrastructure Engineer (Project work and some support) on a twelve month fixed term contract highly likely to extend.

The role will be comprise mostly project work and some support

Responsibilities:

• Planning, execution, and delivery of I.T. projects – working alongside the service provider
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Managing and delivering strategic I.T. initiatives
• Directly manage the System Administrator providing guidance, mentoring, and performance oversight.
• Operation support- 1 day a week- Provide expert desktop, hardware, and software support to staff, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently

Key Skills / Experience:

• + 3 years experience as a Senior Engineer
• Experience working in a Microsoft 365 and Azure environment, with Microsoft Intune or other endpoint management systems.
• Proven experience in IT desktop and software support, with a solid understanding of troubleshooting techniques.
• Proficiency in supporting ERP systems and associated tools.
• Previous exposure to the bio-pharma or healthcare industry and a thorough understanding of quality-controlled environments and associated regulations advantageous.
• Proficiency in operating within the guidelines of the TGA and/or ISO 27001/27002 standards is desirable.
