Based in our Camberwell office, you’ll be the friendly voice customers hear when they call about sales, billing, or technical support. You’ll also help set up new services and follow up on enquiries, all with a calm, helpful approach.
No telco experience? No problem.
You’ll receive four weeks of full-time paid training (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm) before joining the casual roster.
💬 What You’ll Do
Help customers with sales, billing, and technical questions (we’ll teach you the tech stuff!)
Troubleshoot issues and guide customers through internet hiccups
Process new service orders and follow up on outstanding queries
Keep clear, accurate notes while delivering friendly, solution-focused support
🌟 What You’ll Get
$33.38/hr + super + penalty rates
Casual flexibility: Minimum 3 shifts / 22.5 hrs per week
Rotating roster across Mon–Sun (9am–9:30pm weekdays, 9am–7pm weekends)
Most shifts are 7.5 hours, and you’ll need to be available most Saturdays
Great location at Camberwell Junction – easy access to shops and public transport

Pick up new systems quickly and type accurately
Have some customer service experience (retail, hospitality, or call centre – all welcome)
Are reliable, positive, and enjoy being part of a supportive team
Have full Australian work rights and are 18+
We have two intakes -17th of November and 1st of December.
