We are looking for a talented Service Administrator to join our Wetherill Park Service team.
This is parental leave cover contract initially running until end of June 2026. The role is part-time and onsite, working 7.6hour days, 3 days per week, 22.8hours per week.
Roster Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Coordinate all aspects of mechanical workshop service administration, including opening work orders
Manage mechanical workshop service invoicing, job closures, and purchasing processes including purchase orders and accounts payable
Accurately process labour entries and support WIP/PIP management aligned with KPIs
Collaborate with internal departments and Customer Service Advisors to ensure smooth service delivery
Balance multiple tasks and deadlines while supporting branch and corporate performance targets
Provide backup support for the admin team during breaks, leave, or peak workload periods
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Proven experience in fast-paced mechanical workshop service enviroment, handling diverse inquiries and ensuring satisfaction
Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with customers and stakeholders effectively
Exceptional organizational skills, prioritizing conflicting tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and expectations
Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Suite; training provided on other programs
Administrative skills in a service industry are beneficial
Technical Experience is beneficial
