Role Overview

As a detailed orientated and experienced Management Accountant, you will be primarily responsible for providing support to a client base consisting of mostly family office groups.

• Prepare draft management accounts and financial reporting packs
• Manage, forecast, and report on cash flow
• Perform account reconciliations across multiple entities, including trusts, companies, and SMSFs
• Prepare and review ATO compliance obligations such as BAS, IAS, and PAYG
• Liaise with external accountants for year-end financials, tax lodgments, and compliance matters
• Respond to ad hoc client reporting requests and information needs

Skills & Experience

• Possess relevant industry qualifications and bring solid professional experience;
• Demonstrate a proactive, personable approach to stakeholder engagement and client service;
• Be motivated to find smarter, more efficient ways of working, with a keen interest in leveraging technology;
• Maintain strong attention to detail while keeping a strategic, big-picture mindset;
• Manage your time effectively and understand the importance of meeting deadlines or communicating proactively if delays arise;
• Work well independently, while also being a collaborative and supportive team member;
• Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing;
• Above all, handle confidential client information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
• CA/CPA highly regarded
