Key Responsibilities

Manage customer enquiries via phone and email with exceptional communication and professionalism.

Handle Shopify orders, returns, and exchanges with accuracy and care.

Liaise with Head Office and warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations and timely dispatches.

Pick and pack orders during quieter periods to support the warehouse team.

Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workspace.

Keep accurate records of stock movements and customer service interactions.

About You

Strong phone manners and written communication skills.

Experience using Shopify is bonus, email systems, and basic office tools.

A natural organiser who can prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.

Customer-focused with a positive, can-do attitude.

Flexible and happy to help wherever needed in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
