Full-time or part-time available with hours to be open for discussion.

Customer service and sales experience essential. Optical experience beneficial but not essential.

You will be involved in all aspects of our patient care from booking appointments to using high-tech equipment, optical dispensing and advising on frame styling. You will be working to healthcare guidelines, giving clear advice/assistance and provide a great experience at every opportunity to our patients.

• You will also perform general office duties.

• Must have a customer-first focus and enjoy building patient rapport.

• Have ability to build strong working relationships and a solid team ethic.

• Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail.

• Training available to gain a Certificate in Optical Dispensing available to a motivated applicant.

• Must be flexible with hours including Saturday mornings.
