What we are looking for chef/cook role:

• good time management skills & experience working on sections

• a passion for the industry with good presentation skills

• attention to detail and food safety

• adequate knife and prep skills

• reliable and own transport

What we are looking for kitchen hand role:

• good time management skills

• reliable and own transport

• ability to work unsupervised

• good cleanliness awareness (i.e. not having to be told and can work independently)
