We’re on the hunt for passionate and skilled Chef's to join our Back of House team at Bailey Brewing Co. Dunsborough, working under our newly appointed Head Chef.

Multiple roles to fill for the summer season.

Prep chef, line cook, evenings or lunches.

7 days a week venue.

No sponsorship offered but up to 38hrs a week available for the right candidate

About the Role

As a Chef at Bailey Brewing Co., you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional food experiences to our guests. You’ll be responsible for:

Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes in line with our evolving menu.

Supporting BOH operations including prep, ordering, and kitchen hygiene.

Collaborating with the Head Chef to implement new procedures and improve kitchen communications.

Maintaining food safety standards and contributing to a positive team culture.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen operations.

Ability to work collaboratively and take direction from the Head Chef.

Passion for seasonal, locally sourced ingredients and creative menu development.
