About the Role

Provide chairside support to our dentists with a wide range of dental procedures, including general, cosmetic, and implant dentistry.

Assist with patient management, from greeting patients at reception to coordinating appointments.

Handle phone, email, and face-to-face enquiries with professionalism and warmth.

Ensure sterilisation and infection control standards are met.

Contribute to a smooth and efficient clinic operation in a supportive team environment.

About You

Fluent in English and Mandarin (Cantonese highly regarded) – essential for effective communication with our diverse patient base.

Previous dental assistant or receptionist experience preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate.

Well-presented, reliable, and customer-focused.

Strong communication and organisational skills.

Ability to work well in a team and handle a fast-paced clinical environment.
