Store Manager – Zjoosh Miranda

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager with a passion for fashion, accessories, home, and gifting. You'll play a key role in developing a high-performing team and building this growing store. From merchandising and stock control to creating a culture of exceptional service, you'll bring your pride, enthusiasm and passion every day. Experienced in motivating and developing a team to achieve results.

Driven to meet and exceed store and individual sales budgets and KPIs.

Proactive, hands-on, and passionate about retail.

Key Responsibilities

Leading and inspiring a team of 4+ staff.

Achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Coaching, developing, and training team members.

Managing inventory, receiving, and unpacking stock.

Delivering strong visual merchandising.

Creating and managing rosters.

Providing outstanding customer experiences.

Reporting to the Head of Retail and Head Office.

Maximising local marketing and community opportunities.

Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will bring a strong retail background and proven management experience. Hospitality or community engagement experience is also highly valued.

Candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years of retail management experience.

Australian work rights are required for this position.

A minimum of 5+ years total retail experience is essential.
