About the role

Badenport Constructions is seeking an Accounts professional to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. This is a full-time role where you will play a key part in the day-to-day running of our accounting operations.

What you'll be doing

Managing accounts payable and receivable processes

Reconciling bank statements and processing payments

Maintaining accurate financial records and data

Preparing invoices and statements

Providing general administrative support to the finance team

Identifying opportunities to improve accounting processes and procedures

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience in an accounts or finance role

Strong numeracy and data entry skills

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office suite

Experience with Xero and/or MYOB

Experience with Building Management Programs such as Beams, Procore, etc is advantageous but not essential as in house training will be provided.

Good communication and customer service skills

Ability to work effectively as part of a team
