About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join the Administration team at Vehicle Heroes Pty Ltd in our Cockburn Central, WA office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices, payroll processing, reconciling accounts, and providing general accounting support to ensure the smooth day-to-day financial operations of the business.

What you'll be doing

Process and manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely and compliant reporting

Process Weekly payroll and assist with PAYG and superannuation lodgement

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries and issues

Provide general administrative and accounting support as needed

What we're looking for

Relevant experience as an Accounts Officer or similar role, preferably within the automotive or related industry

Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical and analytical skills

Proficiency in using accounting software specifically Xero, experience with iBodyshop and Mechanic desk preferable but not essential.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications in accounting or a related field would be highly regarded
