The diverse position of Internal Logistics will see you working in all areas of the factory. Managing the logistics computer systems, ensuring certifications are accurately completed when needed, meeting and greeting drivers, managing factory consumables and performing general and duties are part of your day to day role.

Reporting to: Technical Manager
Key responsibilities
· Planning and managing internal transport, coordinating with external carriers for outbound shipments, and optimising routes and methods using the correct carrier systems.
· Preparation of international shipment documents
· Working closely with internal departments, such as sales and customer service, and with external suppliers and carriers to ensure smooth operations
· Maintaining detailed records of orders, shipments, and inventory within the systems of logistics, and preparing reports where needed.
· Maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels to prevent shortages or excess in internal logistics consumables
· Manage the certification process post full training; collate and distribute the correct documentation to the Quality Standards of the product and the Company.
· Participating in stock counts, packing and unloading and unloading couriers and deliveries where required
· Be aware of Workplace Health and Safety within the business and be committed to keeping your work area clean (housekeeping) and reporting any safety concerns to your supervisor, the HR / Quality / WHS Manager or Company Director as soon as practicable
· Attend and participate in all tool box meetings and any other training courses/programs as requested
· Safely operate a forklift and lifting devices within guidelines and training (post training)
· Other duties as assigned to you, having regard to your skills, training and experience.
