- Free onsite parking
- Monday to Friday role
- 6am – 2pm shift
- $55k - $65k + Super (Dependent on experience)

The Role: Logistics coordinator
This is a hands-on role in a warehouse and office environment. You’ll be working with high-quality outdoor building products, and assisting in the day-to-day operations of the business.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods through our client’s supply chain. You’ll coordinate order processing, track stock movement, and maintain accurate documentation — all while collaborating closely with our Sales, Warehouse, and Customer Support teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
You’ll be the link that helps ensure every delivery is on time, every order is accurate, and every process is followed with precision.
Your duties will include:
- First point of contact for customers assisting with enquiries via email and phone
- Data entry of customer information, orders and documentation
- Coordinating stock transfers
- Assisting the sales and customer service teams with order information updates
- Ensuring customer documentation is up to date and accurate
- Scheduling deliveries with drivers and transport companies
- Following up on delivery times including relaying information of delays to both customers and internal teams
- General administration duties
Shift Available:
Day:
- 6am – 2pm
- Monday to Friday
The Candidate:
This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in logistics! You will have excellent customer service and administration skills. Coming from transport, logistics or warehousing is highly advantageous.
To be successful in obtaining this role you will have the following experience:
- 6+ months experience in an administration / logistics coordinating role
- Data entry experience
- 12+ months customer service experience in a warehousing or logistics environment
- Excellent organisational and communicaiton skills
- Able to use computers and internal warehouse management systems
- High level of attention to detail
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable and punctual
- Must be a team player!
Advantageous:
- Having worked in a logistics coordination role previously
- Having worked with freight, transport or delivery companies in previous roles
- Previous experience with systems such as SAP, Netsuite
