The Position:

We are searching for experienced, professional and empathetic nurses who have a genuine passion for the health and wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical & Patient Care:

· Assessment & Preparation: Conduct pre-infusion assessments (medical history, allergies, vitals, contraindications, labs), educate clients, and prepare prescribed IV formulations in line with clinical protocols and aseptic standards.

· Administration & Monitoring: Establish and maintain IV access, administer vitamin and NAD+ infusions safely, and continuously monitor clients for comfort, vital signs, and any adverse reactions, responding promptly to complications.

· Post-Care & Compliance: Complete post-infusion care and documentation, uphold infection control standards, and contribute to quality assurance, audits, and adherence to clinic policies

Inventory, Stock & Supply Management

· Monitor and Maintain Supplies: Manage inventory of IV solutions, vitamins, NAD formulations, consumables, and ancillary items to ensure adequate stock levels at all times.

· Ordering & Storage: Conduct regular stock checks, forecast supply needs, place timely orders, and ensure all deliveries are verified, labelled, and stored under proper conditions.

· Compliance & Organisation: Rotate stock, dispose of expired items safely, maintain accurate inventory records, and keep storage areas clean, secure, and compliant with regulatory standards.

Client Communications & Administrative Tasks

· Client Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, conduct pre-infusion screenings, manage client inquiries, and provide information on procedures and preparation.

· Documentation & Records: Prepare consent forms and education materials, update clinical notes system, maintain client charts and logs, and assist with billing and invoicing processes.

· Clinic Operations & Compliance: Support daily clinic operations, equipment upkeep, and regulatory reporting to ensure a clean, organized, and compliant environment.

Professional & Team Contributions

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of infusion therapies, NAD protocols, and safety standards through ongoing training, competency assessments, and professional development.

· Collaborate effectively with clinical and administrative staff, and support the mentoring or orientation of new team members to ensure seamless clinic operations and quality care.

Qualifications & Experience:

Required:

Registered Nurse (AHPRA): Current unrestricted registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience

IV Experience: Minimum of 6 months' experience with IV cannulation and administering intravenous treatments.

Driver License & Car: Essential that you have a valid drivers license and car for doing home visits.

Current or willingness to obtain professional Indemnity & Public Liability Insurance

Professional Indemnity to be obtained.

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
