Cosmetic Registered Nurse

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional aesthetic treatments and services to our valued clients. You will be working alongside with our medical professionals to deliver client satisfaction, outstanding patient care, achieving excellent relationship with our internal and external stakeholder while continuing to maintain the professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and assessments to create personalized treatment plans.

Administering safe and exceptional techniques for cosmetic injectables, including anti-wrinkle injections and dermal fillers, Skin boosters with compliance to all health and safety regulations and clinic protocols.

Monitoring clients during and provide exceptional pre and post-treatment patient care and education.

Cultivate and nurture a loyal client base with an emphasis on both sales and fostering relationships for long-term retention

Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records and manage documentation with confident

Upholding the highest standards of infection control and work, health and safety practices

Collaborating with the medical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry advancements

Requires to operate wide range of lasers, radiofrequency and ultrasound therapy equipment etc.

Qualifications and Experience:

Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA is essential.

A minimum of 1 year of experience in cosmetic injectable treatments.

Experience with both anti-wrinkle injections and dermal fillers is required.

Requires Class 3B or Class 4 laser license

Excellent clinical skills with postgraduate qualification in cosmetic nursing is highly desirable.

Proven ability to work independently while collaborating with a medical team.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with positive attitude to build rapport with clients and coworkers

Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Passion for the aesthetics industry and a desire to stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies

A strong artistic eye for facial symmetry, proportion, and balance.

Must have current Australian work rights.

Essential experience operating laser, radiofrequency, and ultrasound therapy equipment.
