Registered Nurse (RN) – Practice Nurse
Part-Time | Full-Time 33 to 38 hours per week (negotiable)

Are you a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse seeking a fulfilling role in a friendly and supportive team? Recherche Medical Centre, located in the beautiful coastal town of Esperance, is looking for a dedicated RN to join our multidisciplinary team.

Our practice includes:

5 Senior GPs

3 GP Registrars

2 Registered Nurses

1 Enrolled Nurse

Practice Manager, 2IC, and 3 full-time receptionists

Hours of work will be between the hours of 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

About the Role:

We are seeking a team-oriented RN who is confident working both independently and collaboratively with fellow nursing staff. You'll be supported by a skilled team and work in a positive, well-organised environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Administering immunisations

Performing ECGs and spirometry

Wound care and dressing management

Collaborating with fellow nurses and GPs

Supporting minor surgical procedures

Managing Chronic Disease Management Plans

Liaising with local allied health providers

Handling recalls, reminders, and infection control protocols

Ordering medical supplies and stock

Assisting with practice accreditation

Working with reception and management to ensure efficient patient flow

Qualifications & Requirements:

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

Team player with the ability to work autonomously

Current professional indemnity insurance

National Police Check and Working with Children Check

Current driver's licence

Professional presentation and communication skills

Proficiency in computer systems and medical software

Some experience with medical software systems is required
