Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Mobile Occupational Therapist to join our team in Sydney Western and south Western Suburbs. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients including NDIS and aged care clients, providing comprehensive occupational therapy services in their homes or preferred locations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans

Implementing therapeutic interventions to improve clients' functional abilities

Providing education and training to clients and their families

Documenting progress and maintaining accurate records

Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy

Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Compassion and empathy for clients

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients' locations

Previous experience in home healthcare or mobile therapy is a plus
