The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our Corporate Finance team. Reporting to the Financial Controller, this position plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations. You’ll manage day-to-day transactional finance functions, support accounts payable and receivable, and contribute to monthly reporting and reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily bank transactions and reconciliations across multiple entities

Process receipts, payments, journals and assist with cash flow management

Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions

Oversee corporate credit card management and expense reporting

Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and GST lodgements

Assist with month-end processes and intercompany transfers

About You

Minimum Cert IV in Bookkeeping/Accounting (degree in Finance, Accounting or Business highly regarded)

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar bookkeeping or finance role

Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite or Business Central

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

Familiarity with CommBiz and AP/AR processes
