Join our Technical Operations team as a Marking Program Designer and use your creativity and technical expertise to develop premium product marking solutions.

About the Role

Design and redesign complex layouts and drawings according to verbal and written specifications from customer service and management

Produce CAD drawings for new or improved products using industry standards

Create digital designs and samples with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

Build marking programs and manage timely execution, including feedback and corrections with senior leads

Review and resolve layout compatibility issues; offer alternative design concepts to meet customer needs

Maintain the Marking Book, monitor daily marking program performance, and troubleshoot issues

Assist the team with improvement projects and maintain documentation to company standards

Ensure strict compliance with company SOPs, quality controls, and EHS procedures

Contribute to continuous improvement and assist with EHS objectives, audits, and training

What You'll Bring

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop essential; AutoCAD or Autodesk experience a plus

Keen eye for detail, creative approach, and strong problem-solving ability

Excellent communication and documentation skills

Experience working to deadlines, managing multiple projects, and collaborating across teams
