The Role

You’ll be the face of Home Seekers Australia guiding clients from the first conversation to the day they choose their builder. You’ll work across land, design, and finance conversations, helping everyday buyers (especially first-home buyers) find the best possible deal and experience.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with qualified leads
• Understand each client’s goals and budget
• Match them with one of our partner builders
• Coordinate designs, land options, and pricing
• Work closely with our finance and builder partners to make the process seamless
• Celebrate the sale when your client signs on with their chosen builder

What You’ll Bring

• Previous experience in new home sales, property, or real estate
• Strong communication and people skills
• A hunger for results and the confidence to close
• Knowledge of the Perth building market is a plus
• A valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
