NDIS Specialist Support Coordinator

Future Wellbeing is a values driven NDIS registered disability service provider based in Sydney. Our team is growing and we are seeking an ethical Level 3 Support Coordinator to join our close knit team. We aim to make an impact and the successful applicant will be outcomes driven with a dedication to seeing people achieve their goals and dreams.

As a Specialist Support Coordinator, you will work closely with NDIS participants who have complex needs, helping them to navigate challenges and implement their plans effectively. This role involves a higher level of coordination, often where barriers to service access or engagement require intensive, time-limited support to ensure long-term stability.

The role also involves providing guidance and support to clients and their families, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care. You will support a variety of participants from different cultural backgrounds with different disabilities including mental health diagnosis.

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

At least 3 years experience as a Support Coordinator

Knowledge of NDIS including restrictive practices & behaviour supports

Flexible approach to your work & be able to work with a range of people

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Empathy and compassion towards clients and their families

Knowledge of relevant government agencies and healthcare

Previous experience in a similar role is a plus

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Lived Experience is highly regarded

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client management software

Mandatory Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Disability Studies, or a related field

Own reliable vehicle, licence & relevant insurances
