BODA is not your average hair salon — it’s a movement built on empowerment, education, and excellence.

Founded in 2016 by Martha Kourtidou, and proudly partnered with Nicole McMillan, Founder of Soho London Hair, BODA has grown into one of Melbourne’s most respected salon groups. Our mission? To make women everywhere feel empowered, confident, and beautiful — starting with their hair.

We’re expanding fast (both locally and globally 🌍), and we’re looking for passionate, creative stylists and apprentices who want to grow, learn, and thrive with us.

Styling and finishing hair to perfection

Engaging in weekly team meetings & ongoing education

Learning “The BODA Way” of colour, cutting, and client care

Creating content for social media (build your personal brand + BODA’s!)
