About the role

We are seeking applictions from exceptional and creative stylists who are passionate about delighting cliente, to join our team at our Vanity Hair & Beauty Salons in Ascot Vale, VIC. Ideally you will be a Senior Hairdresser / Colourist Stylist with several years of deleivering premium services. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for delivering premium hair services to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

Providing a comprehensive range of premium hair cut, colouring and styling services to clients

Consulting with clients to understand their hair needs and desired look, and recommend appropriate services

Expertly cutting, colouring and styling hair to the highest standards

Create social media content showcasing your skills

Maintaining a clean and organised workstation to ensure a positive client experience

Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction

Participating in team meetings and training to continually develop your skills

Opportinity to work "backstage" at major fashion events alongside Australia's best hairdressers.

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years' experience as a professional Hairdresser / Colourist Stylist

Formal qualification in Hairdressing (or equivalent)

Certificate III in Hairdressing or higher qualification required

Strong technical skills in cutting and advanced colour techniques including balayage, highlights, lowlights and colour correction

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong client relationships

Passion for the hair and beauty industry and staying up-to-date with trends

Positive attitude, strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team

Current working rights in Australia are essential
