We’re looking for an experienced and people-focused Human Resources (People & Culture) Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our People & Culture strategy across the group

About the Role

Reporting to who? You will:

· Lead and oversee end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and learning & development.

· Review, improve, and manage HR and WHS policies, ensuring compliance across all sites.

· Design and deliver training and development programs, including working with our partnering training organisation Ignite Humans

· Coach and support Managers and Supervisors in people management, conflict resolution, and building high-performing teams.

· Drive initiatives that foster employee engagement, recognition, and cultural alignment.

· Promote a culture of excellence, innovation, and wholehearted service.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a proactive and approachable HR professional who can balance strategy with hands-on execution. You’ll have:

· Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or related fields (Cert IV, Diploma, or Bachelor).

· Strong knowledge of HR legislation, compliance, and WHS requirements.

· Skills in coaching, conflict resolution, and cultural strategy.

· A collaborative leadership style, with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships.

· A solutions-focused, innovative mindset and the ability to align HR practices with organisational goals.
