�� Join a Rapidly Growing NDIS & Aged Care Provider as our People & Culture Manager!
Are you an experienced HR Manager ready to make a genuine impact? We’re on the lookout for an experienced People & Culture Manager to shape the future of our workforce and support our growth across the NDIS and Aged Care sectors.
This is your chance to lead from the front - working closely with the Managing Director and Executive Team to drive culture, build capability, and scale a committed team of over 240 staff delivering exceptional care across our communities.
�� About the Role As our People & Culture Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind all things people, leading our HR strategy, ensuring compliance, developing leaders, and creating a high-performance, values-driven culture. You’ll head up a small but capable team (HR Advisor/Coordinator, Payroll & Admin) and work hands-on across all facets of the employee lifecycle.
�� What You’ll Do
- Lead workforce planning to ensure staffing meets growing NDIS & Aged Care service demand
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention—championing values-based hiring
- Ensure compliance with Fair Work, NES, SCHADS Award, and sector-specific regulations
- Lead contracts, and remuneration processes
- Uplift capability through performance management, leadership development & L&D initiatives
- Cultivate a strong organisational culture with a focus on engagement and wellbeing
- Manage WHS, risk, and safety frameworks across the organisation
- Provide high-level HR advice to the MD and Board, backed by data-driven insights
- Support transformational change and scale-up efforts in line with strategic growth
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (postgrad highly desirable)
- 10+ years in senior HR leadership roles, ideally in NDIS, aged care, or health/community services
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment law, Fair Work Act & SCHADS Award
- A track record of building and leading high-performing teams through growth and change
- Confident communicator and trusted advisor to executive leadership
- Skilled in HRIS and workforce analytics
- Current or willingness to obtain NDIS Worker Screening and National Police Check
