About the Role

This full-time role offers the chance to join a collaborative, fast-paced environment within our distribution team. Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager and Managing Director, you’ll thrive here if you’re a proactive team player who brings strong customer service skills and enjoys variety in your daily responsibilities.

Position Details:
- Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Based in Albury

Key Responsibilities

As a Distribution Team Member, you will handle a range of tasks, including but not limited to:

· Deliveries of stock to customers.

· Picking and packing customer orders

· Loading and unloading trucks and vans

· Assisting with general warehouse duties

· Regular MR truck pick ups from suppliers around Metro Melbourne

· Flexibility to perform a delivery run that requires an overnight stay.

Skills & Experience

We’re looking for candidates who bring:

· A valid manual driver’s license - Medium Rigid or above - Please don't apply if you don't have a truck licence

· Previous experience in delivery driver roles in multi-drop hand unload deliveries out of MR (or above) trucks

· Excellent customer service skills

· Physical fitness for occasional heavy lifting

· Local area knowledge (preferred)

· Strong focus on customer service

· Forklift license (preferred, but not essential)

· Confidence and ability to work in a fast-paced setting

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Basic computer skills

· A positive, “can-do” attitude

· Professional appearance and demeanour
