About the role

We have an exciting casual opportunity for a Storeperson, Forklift Operator and Delivery Driver to join our team at Five Senses Education in Seven Hills, NSW.

We are a medium sized business with retail, wholesale distribution, printing and bulk school supplies happening from our Seven Hills head office.

In this diverse role, you will play a key part in supporting our warehousing and distribution operations.

What you'll be doing

Operate forklift and other materials handling equipment to move, load, unload and stock inventory

Receive, check and put away incoming stock deliveries

Pick, pack and dispatch orders to customers

Make regular deliveries to our North Rocks store and Tuggerah warehouse and customer deliveries including to schools within the metropolitan area

Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, tidy and well-organised

Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures

Assist with general warehouse duties as required

What we're looking for

Forklift licence and prior experience operating a forklift in a warehouse environment

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Physical fitness, the ability to work on your feet for extended periods and to lift medium to heavy items

A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment

Driver's licence and experienced driver able to make deliveries to customers around Sydney

Medium ridge truck licence highly desirable
