The Role

We're seeking a qualified carpenter to join our growing team and work across architectural homes and renovations throughout inner Sydney. You'll work alongside site supervisors and experienced trades, taking projects from frame to finish.

Your Day-to-Day Duties

• Framing, fix-outs, cladding, and high-end finishing

• Reading and interpreting plans accurately

• Maintaining safe, clean, and efficient work sites

• Liaising with team members and site managers

• Upholding Reed's reputation for premium workmanship

Skills & Experience

• Certificate III in Carpentry (or currently completing an apprenticeship)

• Final year apprentices only are eligible to apply if still completing their carpentry apprenticeship

• White Card and current driver's licence

• Own vehicle and tools

• Minimum 2 years' residential experience (preferred)

• A professional attitude, reliability, and pride in your work

• Australian citizenship or permanent residency required
