ABOUT THE ROLE
Join a well-established insurance and remedial construction company, managing claims and administrative processes for residential, commercial, and strata projects across Sydney and regional NSW and QLD. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, insurers, and trades — supporting project delivery and maintaining smooth operations across the business.

DUTIES
- Handle incoming calls and general enquiries from clients, insurers, and trades
 - Manage makesafe coordination, job scheduling, and assessment submissions
 - Monitor shared inboxes and ensure accurate communication tracking
 - Update client systems, portals, and internal databases
 - Assist with customer satisfaction reports and job sign-offs
 - Coordinate trades and support Project Managers and Estimators
 - Maintain subcontractor compliance and assist with afterhours emergencies
 - Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and handle general admin tasks
 
ABOUT YOU
- Previous experience in insurance claims admin or construction administration
 - Strong communication and client service skills
 - Excellent organisation and attention to detail
 - Confident working in a fast-paced environment
 - Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with Prime highly regarded
 - Self-motivated, team-oriented, and able to work autonomously
