Mai Gai', a leading restaurant in Everton Park, Queensland, is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Supervisor to join their talented team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for all our guests.

What you'll be doing

Supervise and coordinate the front-of-house team, including servers, hosts, and bartenders, to deliver outstanding customer service

Ensure high standards of food and beverage quality and presentation

Manage the daily operations of the restaurant, including scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting

Liaise with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment

Address customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner

Provide training and development opportunities for the front-of-house team

Assist in the implementation of marketing and promotional activities

Contribute to the overall success and growth of the restaurant

What we're looking for

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant supervisory or management role

Strong leadership and people management skills

Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities

Proficient in inventory management, scheduling, and budgeting

Thorough understanding of food and beverage operations, including menu design and pricing

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances
