Rampage is seeking a driven and results-oriented Restaurant Supervisor that encourages a ‘Food Focus’ culture within their team and a strong desire to succeed.
The role is for an experienced and dedicated person that has a true flair for service with a passion for food quality.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Facilitate efficient and successful supervision of all aspects of the restaurant, including efficient rostering, understanding waste impact, stock control, ordering, managing budgets, and completing daily, weekly, and monthly financial reporting through cost control methods.
The successful applicant will ensure the kitchen and restaurant operation complies with all OHS/HSSE/Food and health requirements and passing all related inspections.
Leading your team to deliver high service experience across the Restaurant.
Driving a positive workplace culture
Exceptionally well time managed, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and act with a sense of urgency.
Passionate about delivering superior customer service
Building and maintaining relationships with staff and management
Following company standards and direction
Building and encouraging the team around you
Training and support to all new team members
Compliance with food handling laws

The successful applicant will:
Will have prior management experience in Pub, Club, Large Hotel/Bistro or busy Café?
Focus on achieving sales targets.
Available to work weekends when required and be willing to undertake hands on operational work.
Be able to show a proven record of successfully leading a team, delivering results and achieving sales targets whilst maintaining exceptional kitchen standards.
Demonstrated experience in a similar role with customer service focus.
Strong written and verbal communications applicable across multiple layers of the kitchen
A passionate and inspiring personality with a lead by example attitude
Have a hands-on management style with proven leadership qualities.
Show effective communication skills with team members, management and suppliers.
Bring a flare, enthusiasm and passion for food presentation and portion control.
Have previous experience preparing rosters and achieving labour costs.
Show a strong desire to achieve business goals & targets.
Be proficient food safety standards.
Be able to follow menu preparation in line with company procedure.

An attractive salary package starting between $65,000 and $70,000 plus super will be discussed with a potential applicant.
