Our client is a well-established and highly respected pharmaceutical manufacturer with over 30 years of experience producing premium complementary medicines and vitamins. Due to continued growth and increased production demands, we are currently seeking Washbay Operators to join a dynamic team in Minto for the afternoon shift.

Please note: this is not a warehouse role, this is a food manufacturing production role

Position Details:

Location: Minto, NSW

Shift: 3:00pm – 11:10pm

Monday to Friday (full-time hours)

As a Washbay Operator, you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth production in a fast-paced pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Your key responsibilities will include:

Clean and sanitise production equipment, tools, and utensils

Operate pressure washers and other cleaning equipment

Maintain a clean and organised wash bay area

Safely handle and use cleaning chemicals

Complete cleaning logs and hygiene documentation

Report equipment faults or hygiene risks

Follow safety, hygiene, and GMP procedures

Assist with general cleaning or support tasks as needed

What We Are Looking For:

Previous experience in a cleaning, washbay, or pharmaceutical manufacturing role (preferred)

Understanding of pharmaceutical safety and hygiene standards (GMP knowledge)

Ability to work safely with cleaning chemicals and PPE

Good attention to detail and cleanliness

Physically fit – able to stand, lift, bend, and move equipment

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team

English skills for reading procedures and completing records
