Your Day-to-Day:

• Manage a high volume of inbound calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency
• Maintain exceptional customer service standards
• Schedule service call-outs and manage diary entries
• Collaborate with the Sales team to support lead generation
• Accurately enter data into Salesforce CRM
• Process manual invoices using MYOB

What You'll Bring:

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role (highly regarded)
• Strong reliability, punctuality, and accountability
• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in dynamic environments
• Proficiency in Salesforce and MYOB is advantageous
