Supporting one of our top sales performers, you will work alongside a great team of people with a wealth of knowledge. Your main focuses will be providing support and ensuring Chris Hassall & the team are organised on daily basis. This role will be office work, so highly developed organisational and communication skills are a must.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Calendar Management

Manage and coordinate daily schedule, meetings, inspections, and auction commitments.

Screen, prioritise, and respond to emails, calls, and messages on behalf of Chris.

Ensure Chris is prepared for all meetings and client appointments.

Sales & Campaign Coordination

Prepare pre-listing kits, proposals, and appraisal materials.

Coordinate property marketing campaigns with photographers, copywriters, and designers.

Upload and maintain listings across REA, Domain, and internal Buxton systems.

Track all campaign activity and produce weekly vendor feedback reports.

Documentation & Compliance

Prepare and review listing authorities, contracts, and auction documentation.

Liaise with solicitors, conveyancers, and purchasers to ensure smooth transactions.

Maintain compliance with Buxton procedures and legislative requirements.

Client Communication & Relationship Management

Act as the first point of contact for vendors and buyers.

Deliver timely communication and updates to ensure client satisfaction.

Assist in managing feedback, follow-ups, and settlement processes.

CRM & Data Management

Maintain accurate CRM data including buyer follow-ups, property activity, and vendor details.

Generate reports and assist with prospecting or database initiatives.

Team & Office Support

Coordinate team meetings, events, and internal training sessions.

Support new staff onboarding and ensure workflow alignment within the sales team.

Liaise with the Buxton marketing and admin departments as required.

Personal & Executive Administration

Manage travel arrangements, appointments, and personal tasks for Chris as needed.

Handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.

Assist in coordination of networking events, functions, and community activities.

The Candidate:

Real Estate experience is essential

Tech savvy and open to change to meet best practice standards

Highly organised, honest, reliable and well-presented

Strong attention-to-detail and great diligence

Excellent communication skills

Motivated, positive and a ‘can-do’ attitude.
