Join us as Restaurant Manager at Icebergs Restaurant, Sydney Airport T3 — an exciting opportunity to lead a premium, iconic venue in a fast-paced airport environment and be part of a new, flagship launch. You'll work alongside a highly supportive leadership team and warm, friendly colleagues.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Leading by Example: Foster a culture of excellence in service, hospitality, and teamwork.

Ensuring Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality service.

Team Development: Train, motivate, and mentor staff to deliver a premium guest experience.

Collaborative Decision-Making: Work closely with chefs, bartenders, and front-of-house staff to create a cohesive, high-performing team.

Brand Ambassador: Ensure the Icebergs standard and reputation are maintained across all aspects of the operation.

What You Bring:

Proven experience in restaurant management, with a passion for premium food and hospitality.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

A proactive, positive, and solution-oriented attitude.

Strong business acumen and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

A love for creating memorable guest experiences and leading a team to success.


Requirements:

5–7 years' experience in leadership roles within Food & Beverage, Cafe, or Bar operations.

Food Safety Supervisor and RSA Certificate (essential).

Passion and customer focus: genuine interest in food and hospitality, understanding that our guests come first.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive a high-performing team.
