Senior Project Manager | Salesforce Public Sector Solutions | Perth

• $1200 p/d inc super
• 4-month contract with possible extensions

Primary Purpose of the Role:

The Senior Project Manager leads the successful delivery of large-scale Salesforce Public Sector Solutions programs, overseeing cross-functional onshore and offshore delivery teams. This role drives operational excellence, client satisfaction, and business outcomes through strategic leadership, stakeholder engagement, and disciplined program management.

Key Accountabilities:

• Lead delivery of complex Salesforce programs ensuring alignment with client objectives, contracts, and scope
• Manage large onshore/offshore delivery teams with accountability for performance, quality, and timelines
• Oversee project financials, budgets, and change controls to maintain profitability and delivery integrity
• Act as primary client contact for program governance, risk management, and issue resolution
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through transparent communication and stakeholder management
• Drive resource management, onboarding, and capability development across delivery teams
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and governance standards across all project phases
• Deliver executive-level reporting and communications tailored to client and internal leadership audiences
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the delivery organisation

Essential Requirements

• 10–12 years’ experience managing large, complex Salesforce programs in senior leadership roles
• Proven success delivering Salesforce Public Sector Solutions projects
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities including Public Sector Solution, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud
• PMP, SAFe Agile, or equivalent certification
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships, risks, budgets, and cross-functional teams
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with executive presence
