We're partnering with a well-known charitable organisation that's using technology to enhance services and improve lives across Australia. They're seeking a Salesforce Developer with strong Apex, Lightning, and Python skills to help deliver impactful digital transformation initiatives.

About the Role:

You'll play a key role in developing, integrating, and optimising Salesforce solutions to support critical programs. Working within a collaborative and purpose-driven team, you'll help build systems that make a genuine difference in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows
• Build and maintain Python-based integrations between Salesforce and external systems
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Maintain best practices in security, performance, and data governance
• Support automation and reporting initiatives to enhance business insights

About You:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer (Sales, Service, or Nonprofit Cloud experience ideal)
• Skilled in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Python
• Experience with API integrations and automation frameworks
• Salesforce certifications highly regarded (e.g., Platform Developer I/II
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Passion for technology that drives positive social impact
