Are you a hands-on worker who enjoys physical work and wants stable, full-time hours?

We’re looking for motivated General Labourers and Skilled Labourers with Forklift Licences (or those keen to obtain one) to join a respected steel manufacturing company in Ipswich.

This role offers consistent weekday shifts, great team culture, and the potential to go permanent after six months.

Shift times:

• Day Shift: 5:00am – 1:00pm (plus overtime/weekend work)
• Afternoon Shift: 1:00pm – 9:00pm (plus overtime/weekend work)

Your day-to-day will include:

• Safely operating forklifts to move steel products (if licensed)
• Manual handling of light steel materials
• Hand wiring, strapping and general labouring tasks
• Using hand and power tools

What you’ll need:

• Current Forklift Licence (or willingness to obtain)
• Own PPE – long sleeve hi-vis shirt, long pants, steel cap lace-up boots
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
• Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 25kg
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to complete repetitive manual tasks
