Forklift Operations: Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, and move steel materials within the yard and warehouse.

Load Management: Handle loading and unloading of goods, including oversized and awkward freight, ensuring efficiency and safety.

Inventory Control: Perform stock management, including accurate receipt, dispatch, and cycle counts to maintain inventory levels.

Quality Assurance: Inspect materials and products to ensure they meet the company’s high standards.

Dispatch Operations: Prepare and coordinate goods for dispatch, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.

Yard Maintenance: Keep the yard and warehouse organised, clean, and compliant with safety standards.

What You’ll Bring:

Forklift Licence: A current LF licence is essential.

Steel Industry Experience: Prior experience handling steel products or working within a manufacturing/warehouse setting is highly desirable.

Load Management Skills: Proven experience loading and unloading a variety of freight types, including oversized loads.

Inventory Management: Familiarity with stock management systems and processes.
